Hi!  I’m Alexandra, and I cordially welcome you to my lame blog, on which I used to post actual things about Damages, Once Upon a Time, classic movies, grammar, Captain Janeway, and classic country-western music as well as infographics on a variety of topics.  Now I mostly just write poetry.

In real life, I’m an erstwhile high school English teacher who now works with children with developmental disabilities. My interests include trying to be the best Christian I can be, drinking sparkling water, working out, playing my ukulele, attempting to write silly sci-fi novels, contemplating what Emily Dickinson might think about various topics, and hanging out with middle-aged ladies (and occasionally people my own age).

Thanks for stopping by my place. Anyone who plays the ukulele can’t be all bad. Crazy maybe but not bad. I have three. 🙂
